The Tale of the Bent Fender: Our First Experience with Trailer Damages

Today, we've got a little story to share from the heart of our family-owned business. It's all about the first time a customer returned an 18ft car hauler with a bit of battle damage. Spoiler alert: it involves a bent fender, a calm customer, and a happy ending.

So, picture this: it's a regular day expecting a regular return. Our 18ft car hauler, the trusty steed of many adventures, comes back with a noticeable bent fender. Now, we've always known that one day we'd have to deal with damages, but you never quite know when that day will come or how it'll pan out.

Enter our amazing customer. Cool, calm, and collected, they reverse the trailer in and, without missing a beat, admit fault and immediately offer to cover all expenses for the repair. Talk about a breath of fresh air! They took full responsibility, which made the whole situation so much easier to handle.

We took the trailer to a local welder who's done great work for us in the past. The fender was as good as new in no time. And just like that, our car hauler was back in action, ready for more adventures.

As a small, family-owned business, we really appreciate customers like this. They understand that things happen and take responsibility for their actions. It’s a reminder that honesty and integrity go a long way.

This experience was also a learning moment for us. It was our first time handling a damage situation, and we couldn’t have asked for it to go more smoothly. We're grateful for understanding customers and skilled local businesses that help us keep our equipment in top shape.
